Tour do not includes

- Any Air/train fares other than those specified in 'Cost Includes'.

- Any meals other then those specified in 'Cost Includes'.

- Any other item not specified in 'cost includes'.

- Guide, Inter State Entry ticket, Inter State permits fees, boat/ferry ticket, camera and entry tickets at various places of sight seeing.

- Expenses caused by factorsbeyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances, taxes etc.

- Any Expenses of personal nature such as portage atairports and hotels, tips, insurance, wine, mineral water, telephone charges, laundry, guide charges, boating charges, entrance fees and all items of personal nature.

Terms & Conditions

- The above cost is for 02 person on twin sharing basis.

- A minimum of02 persons are required.

- Children above the age of 12 years will be charged the applicable adult rates.

- Children above the age of 05 years will be charged the applicable extra bed rates.

- In case of an extra person, the third bed is a rollaway bed or cot.

- Base category rooms are allotted for the stay, Any requirement / availability of higher category of room would incur extra cost.

- The above Rates applicable for today and subject to change at later dates.

- All Rates & bookings subject to availability.

- All reservations are depending upon the availability of rooms at the time of your final confirmation.

- Reserve the rooms at an equivalent hotel, if the room is not available at hotels/resorts mentioned.

- These rates will not valid from 20th of Dec.2010 to 15^th of Jan.2011.

Reservation Policy

- Confirmation of Tour Package is subject to the remittance of 25% of the total tour cost in advance and balance to be paid prior to the commencing of the tour so as to protect all arrangements on definite arrival basis.

Cancellation & Refunds

- 30 days before the commencement of the tour: 25% of the tour cost will be levied.

- 15 days before the commencement of the tour: 50% of the tour cost will be levied.

- Less than 15 days before the commencement of the tour: 75% of the tour cost will be levied.

- Less than 07 days before the commencement of the tour: 100% of the tour cost will be levied.

- No refund is entitled for no shows.
